CMA-345 ceiling plate with flexible neoprene rubber joint minimizes the transfer of shock and extreme vibration from the plate to the equipment. Attaches to ceiling structural member. Unit has 1 1/2" NPT fitting for attachment to threaded extension column. Includes set screw.
